Dr Bushra M. Hijazi is interested in development her scientific, professional and social aspects in pharmacy especially in pharmacy administration, wants to gain new Knowledge of drug therapy safety and effectiveness, health system organization and delivery, and the influence of pharmacy profession on public health and policy. Dr. Bushra M. Hijazi is willing to take an active role in academic and government/ regulatory agencies, management companies, and pharmaceutical care in healthcare organization.

She worked as a Teacher Assistant and Research Assistant in the Nova Southeastern University (NSU), Fort Lauderdale, Florida, she also had Lecturer position (Scholarship) in the Jordan University of Science and Technology (JUST), Irbid, Jordan. She worked as a pharmacist in charge in several pharmacies in Jordan and as a Clinical word pharmacist in King Abdulla Medical City (KAMC), Makka /KSA and had a lot of other professional experience.
